It is not enough to work and live in a community. At Stoker Ostler Wealth Advisors, we believe it is our duty to serve our community as well. For us, community is not just the geographic area in which our homes are located.
“We are citizens of the world,” said Co-Managing Partner Creg Ostler, who is a regular volunteer for Heifer International that provides livestock and other services to needy families in developing countries. “Our clients’ wealth – and accordingly, our own success – are made through investments in every part of the world. We have a responsibility to give back to the world community that has made us successful.”
As a firm, employees of Stoker Ostler Wealth Advisors provide time, talent and treasures to multiple children’s organizations. In 2005, the firm held a holiday toy drive for the East Valley Child Crisis Center, adopting 45 kids ranging in age from infants to 15 years.
In May 2006, the firm volunteered at the Sunshine Acres Children’s Home. Employees helped thoroughly clean the school before the summer session began. And during the 2006 holiday season, the firm “adopted” all of the 85 kids at Sunshine Acres, sponsoring a pizza party and providing much-needed presents for kids who would have otherwise gone without.
At Stoker Ostler, community involvement is a part of the work culture. In addition to community projects as a firm, individual employees also contribute to the organizations listed on the left side of your screen.
